Brooklyn Beckham Makes Modeling Debut
Move over Kylie Jenner because 15-year-old Brooklyn Beckham is now the latest celebrity child to transition into the world of modeling. Brooklyn is the son of soccer legend David Beckham and singer-actress-fashion mogul Victoria Beckham. Just one look at him makes it clear he is his mother’s son as he has his mother’s pout, slender face, and fixed glance. Beckham landed a photo shoot for the cover of the magazine called “Man About Town” which isn’t exactly GQ or Vogue, but it is a start.
For what it’s worth, the photographs were taken by veteran photographer Alasdair McLellan who has done worth for both his parents including UK Vogue for his mother. “Man About Town” is a semi-annual magazine targeting high-income male urbanites interested in keeping abreast of cultural trends.
As for his parents, they claim they do not force any direction upon their children allowing them the opportunity to explore, define, and pursue their own ambitions. Brooklyn’s modeling is more of a one-time thing to see how he feels about modeling. His real priorities at this time are furthering his education and playing soccer.
Photographs of Brooklyn playing soccer bear a striking resemblance to his father during his teen years. His parents are said to be pleased with his modeling work and are similarly proud of all of their children. In addition to sports, Brooklyn has expressed a desire to get involved in photography like his father.
His spread in “Man About Town” was 20 pages long. People associated with the magazine said they were very satisfied with the work that Brooklyn did. They found him to be a joy to work with, easy going, and able to produce a spread they are confident will benefit the magazine. In the end, modeling is all about moving product be that fashion, perfumes, or magazines.
