louisiana shootings leave 4 dead: reports

A shooting spree in two Louisiana parishes Thursday claimed the lives of four and left three wounded. The shootings began in Lockport, La., southwest of New Orleans.
The suspect in the shootings was Ben Freeman, 38, a nurse.
According to ABC News , his first victim was his wife Denise Taylor Freeman, 43. Mrs. Freeman was found in the bathroom of the family home, having been drowned and suffocated.
Freeman then drove to the home of his ex-wife. There he shot and killed his former mother-in-law, Susan Gouaux. He then shot and wounded his former father-in-law Louis Phillip Gouaux, and sister-in Law, Andrea Gouaux. His wife Jeanne was not at home.
According to the investigators, Freeman then went to the home of Milton and Anne Bourgeois. Milton ran the Ochsner St. Anne General hospital where Freeman had previously worked as a nurse .At the bourgeois home Freeman shot and killed Milton Bourgeois, killing him and shooting his wife Anne in the leg.
Freeman was found later on US highway 90 where he had shot himself. The wounded victims are listed in stable condition. Freeman was on unsupervised probation for phone harassment of his wife and facing charges of battery against her.
