Mom Tossed in Hoosegow for Drinking While Breastfeeding – Remains Defiant

Conway, Oklahoma – Mrs. Tasha Adams was at a local restaurant where she decided to enjoy a cold one. When she was finished downing her brew, she asked the waitress for another which she too bottomed up. The problem is the 28-year-old woman has three children one of whom is a 6-month-old baby she had with her. In fact, Mrs. Adams was breastfeeding the baby. This prompted the waitress serving her to rat her out to the cops who subsequently charged her with one count of child endangerment and hauled her off to the hoosegow for the night.

The attractive young mom’s family stepped up to care for her 6-month-old when she was taken away. However, her mug shot had her looking sloshed, but then again no one looks good in a mug shot. Her waitress, a young mother of one child by the name of Jackie Conners, told management about Mrs. Adams drinking behavior. When management declined to intervene, Conners got on the phone with 911. As for police, they apparently overreacted because they failed to administer a Breathalyzer exam to Adams. In the end, she was able to get the charge dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

As for the zealous waitress Jackie Conners, she was sacked. Management will not discuss the details of her dismissal except to say it had nothing to do with getting one of their patrons arrested. In short, it likely had everything to do with that. For her part, Conners also remains defiant saying she’d do it all over again job be damned. Adams also remains defiant saying she was not drunk and would have preferred the police test her sobriety. She went on ABC to defend her behavior this past Friday insisting that she can hold her liquor better than most people.
