Curved iPhones in The Pipeline For Future Releases?

[caption id="attachment_73468" align="aligncenter" width="634"] The two rumoured Apple phones are expected to curve along the side edges. This would make them more like LG's G Flex phone, pictured, rather than Samsung's Round handset that curves along the top and bottom edges. If Apple does follow LG's lead, the phones would curve comfortably with a user's face[/caption]
Next Generation iPhone May Be Curved
One of the new models will have a larger glass screen than the current iPhone 5s, which is 4.9 inches. The other new model is smaller at 4.7 inches, while the larger one is 5.5 inches. The screens will be sloped at the edges and will have new sensors that will be able to distinguish light touches from heavy touches.
Samsung is ahead of Apple in the curved screen market and released the Galaxy Round last month. They are also ahead producing phones of massive size. The Galaxy Note 3 has a whopping 5.7 inch screen and Apple will be approaching that with one of the new models. The source said that Apple will likely release the official details of the new iPhones in the third quarter of 2014.
