The woman who is carrying the love child of X-Factor’s Simon Cowell, Lauren Silverman, will certainly have enough money to keep her newborn in booties, thanks to a generous divorce settlement. Silverman and her husband Andrew, who at one time were best friends with Cowell, is reportedly receiving at least a $2 million settlement as a result of divorce proceedings. Lauren and Andrew also have a 7-year old son together and have reached an agreement to share joint custody of the boy. There has been no word of the sex of the child that Lauren Silverman is carrying as a result of her affair with Cowell.
Insiders say that Cowell and the former Mrs. Silverman are very much a couple but neither has made a statement to the news media regarding their relationship and whether or not they plan on living together or marrying once their love child is born. Cowell has been pressed for details about his affair with the then-married Mrs. Silverman, but has begged off on providing any additional information, indicating that he wishes to keep his private life strictly private for the time being. Lauren Silverman is planning to remain in New York to be near her son.
