The new face of the MMA has explained why she does not feel the need to completely strip off for magazine's, such as Playboy.
According to the New York Daily News, the rising MMA star says no one gets to her bits for $5.
"No one should be able to see my cash and prizes for $5, okay? I don't care how much money they gave me," Rousey said.
26-year-old Ronda Rousey has burst onto the MMA scene because of her model good looks and an undefeated record, which consists of first round knockouts in each of her pro fights.
In an effort to raise the profile of not only herself but the MMA as well, Rousey did appear in tasteful nude shots for ESPN The Magazine's The Body Issue last year.
The MMA Women's Bantamweight champion went on to explain she did believe posing completely nude was right for her career, but had realized she needed to appear in some magazine's for the sake of her career.
"I felt like it was a good way to promote myself and women's MMA. It wasn't like it was Playboy," Rousey said. "If you want exposure, you have to expose yourself, to some extent."
Rousey also claimed on HBO's Real Sports with Bryant Gumble she did not see herself as a sex symbol, a tag that has been placed on her by the MMA.
"I don't really see myself as a sex symbol because ever since people have started calling me a sex symbol, I haven't had a lot of sex in my life," Rousey revealed. "Like, it's just, it's not really working out great for me."
