Houston, Texas – Perhaps there were ulterior motives involved or maybe she just suffered a colossal lapse in judgment, but 42-year-old Felicia Smith has been arrested following an incident in her class where she lap danced for a 15-year-old student following by an act of simulated fellatio. Mrs. Smith did the act in celebration of the student’s birthday and did so before the entire class. After her sultry birthday endowment, she followed up with an expression of love to the student.
The incident took place on February 26. The Stovall Middle School teacher seems to have had the support of her students for the birthday surprise. On the day in question, the victim was wrapping up his class work when Mrs. Smith took his journal and asked him to retake his seat. She then propped the door shut with a chair and turned on some mood music. His classmates beckoned him to take his seat. She then performed her lap dance grinding her bottom against him, caressing his body with her hands, allowing him to slap her bottom repeatedly, and at one point placing her head between his legs while simulating fellatio. When she finished, she embraced him in a hug as he pinched her bottom to which she uttered that she loved him referring to the student as “baby”.
Police questioned Mrs. Smith who admitted to performing the dance. She said the entire escapade lasted between 3 and 4 minutes. Police confirmed that it lasted 3.54 minutes. How? The entire incident was recorded and the office of the District Attorney has the video in their possession. Mrs. Smith was arrested on a charge of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student. She was fined $30,000 and has been suspended from her employment pending the outcome of the criminal case.
