Man Sues Wife Over Ugly Child Wins $120,000 Judgement

Northern China - Jian Feng filed for divorce in August of 2012 citing the birth of an "incredibly ugly" baby girl as the cause. He also sued his wife for being at fault for the ugly baby (not shown) and won a judgment of $120,000 against her.

As strange as it appears, the background to the story is that his attractive wife had actually been quite homely. About one year prior to their meeting, she traveled to South Korea where she had extensive plastic surgery to enlarge her eyes, straighten her nose, make her lips more pronounced, and enlarge her chin. The corrective surgeries cost the young maiden $100,000, but as the saying goes "beauty is only skin deep". It does nothing to alter a person's DNA.

She then met and married Feng who was struck by her beauty, but told him nothing of her past. When their child was born, the daughter apparently took after the mother's original appearance which is something Feng found deplorable.

He even denied the infant could be his and after DNA testing proved his paternity, his wife confessed. The child is most certainly not unattractive and the real tragedy is Feng may never get to see the wonder of his own daughter.

The strange lawsuit was allegedly settled in 2012, but it’s recently been receiving new attention after photo of the family is said to have surfaced (See Below).

Here’s the thing: Initial reports from last year said the family had only one child, but there are three children in the alleged family photo. Besides, the photo in question first appeared online more than a year ago, when it was said to be an ad for a Taiwanese plastic surgery clinic.
