Spencer Pratt has announced he is leaving ‘The Hills.’ He has discovered a new passion in life which is giving him a new purpose. He said he has decided to discontinue filming additional episodes for this season. Instead Spencer is studying software engineering but with an emphasis on encryption. He is studying at USC while he does work at the American Defense Enterprises in the cyber security...
