2 Adults and 5 children dead in Kentucky house fire

A house fire that killed 2 adults and 5 children in Knox County, Kentucky is still being investigated. All that is known is that seven people died in the fire that started Saturday, sometime before 10 am, in a small community known as Disney Holler, or for people with the last name Disney, whose families lived along Sam Parker Road, was called Disney Land.

A nearby neighbor, Jacob Garrison called 911 shortly before 10 am, but when firefighter arrived it was already too late. The two dead adults were Jesse Disney and his girlfriend, Nina Asher, who was 3 months pregnant. Three of the children were Nina’s kids, Will, age 3, Caden, age 2, and 10 month old Abigail. The other 2 children were the neighbor’s kids who were just sleeping over. It appears that everyone had died from smoke inhalation, but the official cause of death had not been released yet.

It could be weeks before the cause of the fire is determined according to investigators.
