One Life to Live Actress, Crystal Hunt Engaged in a Bar Brawl

Twenty-eight year old Actress Crystal Hunt has been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and was arrested last Friday in Los Angeles. Crystal Hunt allegedly smashed a glass right in a woman’s face who was said to be harassing her. This incident led to a heated bar brawl.

Crystal Hunt, who played Stacy Morasco on One Life to Live as well as Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light, was taken into custody after reportedly engaging in a bloody fight with another customer at Pearl’s Liquor. This bar is located in West Hollywood, California.

After throwing a pint glass in her opponent’s face, the woman sustained injuries; the extent of the injuries remains unclear although the woman was taken to the hospital for medical attention. Hunt was arrested for felony assault but was released when her lawyer posted bail.

A representative for the actress will release a formal statement on the matter later. However, Shepard Kopp, the lawyer representing the young actress, claims that contrary to others’ opinions, the actress was not drunk on that night. Her attorney also said that she was not drinking at the time of the brawl. In addition, he claims that it was the other customer that was harassing and threatening Hunt before the fight broke out.

The lawyer also claims that Hunt requested for the woman to be removed from the bar multiple times but the requests were not granted. Her attorney also defends that Hunt threw the glass at the woman’s face as an act of self-defense.
