Two of the biggest names in Hollywood have teamed up for an upcoming action thriller. Big screen idols Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt have joined forces to star in the action/racing film “Go Like Hell”. This film is about the 1960s rivalry between Ford Auto Company and the Italian automaker Ferrari. The emotional climax of the film comes at the 1966 Le Mans race where both automakers teams faced off against each other for one of the most dazzling and celebrated races in auto sports history.

This film marks the first time that these two big name actors have worked together since 1994’s smash hit “Interview With A Vampire”. Tom Cruise has also worked with the director before, Joseph Kosinski, who was the lead director in the science fiction film “Oblivion”. Prior to Kosinski taking the helm legendary Hollywood director Michael Mann was set to be in the driver’s seat.

This is not the first time that Cruise has suited up for a racing movie, 1990’s Days of Thunder helped to launch his career into superstardom. Even if this movie did not have a great story behind it the star power alone will likely draw many viewers around the world.
