Colin Kaepernick And Russell Wilson’s Eyebrow Conclusion

In a marketing stunt by Madden NFL Football and EA Sports, commercials were played leading up to this past football game on Monday Night Football showing a hand shake bet between Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

The commercial showed the two playing madden and shaking on a bet that would have whichever quarterback lost the Monday Night Football show down shaving off one of their eye brows.

This was an obvious marketing attempt to get people interested and talking about their game.

People were still wondering, however, if it was true and if one of the quarterbacks would follow through with their end of the bargain.

After Seattle beat San Francisco, people waited to see if Kaepernick would shave his eyebrow. EA Sports released a commercial showing the 49ers quarterback shaving his eyebrow while Wilson looked on and laughed.

This was a commercial that was made in advance, however. EA Sports made two commercials that could air depending on which team won the game. They made a commercial showing Wilson shaving his eyebrow and one of Kaepernick shaving his eyebrow. To this point the 49ers have had practice and Colin Kaepernick has not shaved his eyebrow.
