Ghost Caught on English Pub’s CCTV Camera: VIDEO

Bolton, England – Workers at a pub in this North West English city of 139,000 are claiming to have actual footage of a ghost which was spotted on their CCTV camera this past Friday morning. The specter was recorded at 6:18AM local time at which time the camera mysteriously stopped recording which by implication would be owing to the supernatural powers of the phantasm.

The incident occurred at “Ye Olde Man and Scythe” and the brief recording shows a hunched over being for a brief moment. The pub itself was established in the year 1251 and is the nation’s 4th oldest water hole. According to the pub’s manager, Tony Dooley, he arrived to open up the business only to discover broken glass on the floor behind the bar. That prompted him to review the CCTV to see if burglars had been inside. What he saw spooked him. The dark figure appeared behind the counter like a person would expect to see in the shock scene of a supernatural horror film. Up until this experience, he did not believe in ghosts. He says that has now changed. According to local legend, the poplar pub is haunted by James Stanley, the Seventh Earl of Derby.
