Holly Madison Gets Hitched At Disneyland
Former “Girl Next Door” actress Holly Madison found her prince charming in Pasquale Rotella, so it was very fitting that the couple chose Disneyland in Southern California as the location for their recent wedding. They announced plans to marry earlier this summer.
The couple, who have been involved for several years, finally took the nuptial plunge by being transported down Disneyland’s Main Street in a Cinderella-style carriage, complete with footman to help them in and out of the vehicle. The couple reserved the park for themselves and their wedding guests for a 9 o’clock evening ceremony at the popular Blue Bayou Restaurant in New Orleans Square.
Among the more than 150 guests who attended the special ceremony were the couple’s daughter, Rainbow Aurora, a name Madison selected right out of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. Disney made arrangements to have several of its costumed characters be in attendance when the newly married couple cut their wedding cake shortly at 1 a.m. by the New Orleans Square fountain. Madison chose to forego the traditional white wedding gown in favor of a Cinderella-inspired strapless white ball gown tied at the waist with an enormous blue sash. She was accompanied by bridesmaids outfitted in blue silk gowns.
