JaRule Denies Rumors of Leaving Wife for Prison Cell Mate
While gays and lesbians have been making inroads in America over the past decade, it cannot be said that any openly gay or lesbian person has yet to make a breakthrough in the world of rap music. This is especially so in the thug rap circles.
This is why the rumor that 37-year-old Jeffrey Atkins aka JaRule leaving his wife of 12.5 years for a former prison cell mate is so captivating. The rumor even quotes his wife Aisha reportedly exclaiming that their years of hard work in a marriage were thrown away by the rapper who decided he had a preference for performing felatio than he did for being intimate with her.
However, it appear the rumor was just a clever internet deception. JaRule and his wife were not amused and posted a photograph of themselves on Instagram kissing and indicating with their index fingers that those who think he is leaving his wife should do something to themselves that rhymes with the word “duck”. The rapper also tweeted that the rumors of him being gay are lies perpetuated by people whom he esteems as clowns. For his part, he is on tour and focused on building up his life following a prison sentence for attempted possession of a firearm and tax evasion.
