Lohan’s Lawyer Insists on Payment Plan

Since actress Lindsay Lohan has already racked up a bill of $150,000 in fees with attorney Shawn Holley, Holley wasn’t taking any more financial chances when her celebrity client recently called again for her help after leaving a rehab facility she was ordered to attend by a recent court ruling.

According to insider reports, Holley refused to provide any further legal services for her troubled Hollywood client unless Lohan would agree to pay the outstanding debt she already owes for past legal services.

Holley wasn’t content to take Lohan’s word that she agreed to settle her bill and insisted on a written payment plan. Holley’s terms were that Lohan’s paychecks for future entertainment gigs would be signed over by her client directly to the attorney’s law firm as payment guarantee.

Lohan has never been known for a history of stability, having been convicted of several DUI offenses within the past decade, being sentenced to jail stints for failing to follow the court’s mandates for rehabilitation and in general, refusing to follow through on taking charge of her mental or physical well being. There is no word how much Holley is charging her famous client or how quickly Lohan intends on paying her past due legal bills.
