Lyndsey Scott: The Sexiest Software Engineer

When most people think of software engineers they think of geeky men with pocket protectors and tweed button down shirts. Thanks to the advancement of women now that stereotype might extend to women in long skirts with messed up hair and a pencil in the ear. On the flip side, when they think of models they think of thin and pretty little things that do not have much when it comes to brains.

Lyndsey Scott however breaks all of these stereotypes in one simple bang. Scott is not only a Victoria’s Secret and Prada model, but also works as a software engineer. Apparently when the 29 year old model is not on the catwalk she is building apps for iPad and iProducts. She has been the cover girl for both Harper’s Bazaar and British Vogue, but the slender model is much more proud about her apps.

Scott explained that in the world of modeling you have absolutely no control over anything that happens, so she gets her fulfillment from instead developing apps which is all her own responsibility. Thus far Scott has two apps in the Apple store and she is working on a new social networking app due to be released over the next few weeks.
