Green Bay, Wisconsin – The San Francisco 49ers are in town for the NFC Wild Card game against a resurgent Packers team. As part of building up San Francisco’s morale, Semi-retired wrestling pro Ric Flair aka “Nature Boy” paid the team a visit to get them pumped up for the big game.
Now maybe a pep talk from a 64-year-old professional wrestler connecting with his inner Liberace may not spark you candelabra, but one member of the 49ers took to insulting the city hosting the game.
The insult came via tweet that saying that Ric Flair visited the team in the city to show the 49ers some love. However, the word he used for city was a euphemism that referred to Green Bay as a refuse hole for human excrement.

The player making in impolite remark was 24-year-old offensive lineman Anthony Davis. Naturally, the proud people of Green Bay took offense at the remark. Davis himself is from Piscataway, New Jersey and while he may think of his home town as being “all that”, it is quite likely very similar to Green Bay in one respect. It’s not a place people go to; it’s a place people end up in.
