Sofia Vergara Struts on Australian Beach in Monokini

While filming an episode of the popular comedy series “Modern Family” in Australia, actress Sofia Vergara, outfitted in a colorful monokini, was getting plenty of attention from onlookers on the beach. What actress Bridget Bardot did for the bikini half a century ago, sultry Vergara may do for the monokini style swimsuit in the 21st century. Her one piece swimsuit was a bandaged panel design that showcased plenty of skin along with the actress’ sexy figure. The monokini, from Agent Provocateur Mazzy, featured hot pink, lime green and day-glow orange as its primary color motif.

For those not lucky enough to be at the Bondi Beach shooting location in person, Vergara published a selfie on her WhoSay account for her fans, captioning the photo as “Beach Day.” Vergara completed her casual ensemble with white hoop earrings, a flowing purple skirt and ruby red lipstick. But it wasn’t all work and no play for the “Modern Family” star and her fellow actors. During their visit to the Land Down Under, they have taken several breaks in filming in order to do a little sightseeing that allows them to meet the locals. So far they’ve toured Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
