RCMP in Grande Prairie, Alta., have issued an Amber Alert after a truck was stolen with a seven-month-old girl inside.

Police said the abduction was not parental. The vehicle had been left running outside a home when it was stolen around 1 p.m. MT.

The truck is a four-door, light brown, 2010 Dodge Ram, Alberta plate NED 553. It has black steel rims on the wheels.

The girl, who is named Addison, was wearing pink pants, no shoes, and a pink tunic with blue and pink hearts on it.

Police said there’s a pink “Baby on Board” sticker on the back tailgate of the truck. The vehicle also has built-in tool boxes on the box.

“Being a parent myself, I just feel sick right now, so we will do everything we can to locate this vehicle,” said Cpl. Roy Kennedy.

“And that’s why we want to get it out to the public that if they see this vehicle, call 911 immediately so we can locate the vehicle and locate this child as soon as possible.”
