Kim Kardashian has undergone some major weight loss after her recent pregnancy with baby North West. The nine months took its toll on her body. She has gained weight which is typical for most pregnant women.

She is eating a healthy diet and has her own chef. He makes her green juice made of kale, collard greens, celery, spinach, and cilantro. The green juice is a big part of the diet to help her lose weight. This green juice has plenty of vitamins and minerals while being low in calories. She eats low fat protein like chicken with plenty of salads and steamed veggies.

Kim consume 1,200 calories a day which are made by her personal chef. She is also training with trainer Tracey Anderson who is known for her 30 day weight loss plan. The diet and workouts are Kim’s way of losing the weight that is important to her career. She is breast feeding her baby because this also will help her lose weight. Your often burn 500 calories a day breast feeding.

Kim goal is to reach a weight of 115 pounds which is ideal for her height. Lean protein, plenty of fresh vegetables, and fruits are a big part of this healthy diet.

“Kim is totally focused on weight loss and has waited until now before real training, but has a new ripped personal trainer who comes to the house,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

“She has completely ditched her pre-baby wardrobe for a new smaller set of clothes as she loses more weight, and has taken to using the Hollywood fad coffee bean extract pills to shed the pounds,” said the source.

“She’s desperate to be a size UK 10-12, and has spoken to leading nutritionists in Hollywood, who said the fat-busting pills were known to be effective,” the source added.

Kris Jenner, Kim’s mother, thinks she still has “a way to go” before she reaches her target weight.

“As far as Kim’s weight is concerned, she has a way to go. She lost quite a bit of weight initially when she first started breast feeding, but it’s especially tough losing those extra baby pounds,” said Jenner.

“She is still breastfeeding and wants to continue for as long as she can,” added Jenner.

Kim isn’t the only Kardiashian trying to shed a few pounds.

Rob Kardashian took to Instagram earlier this week to post what he calls a “motivation time” picture.

Kardashian stepped out in May to debut his Arthur George sock line, and also his major weight loss. He credited his initial weight loss with a strict diet and two-a-day workouts.

On “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” last season, he said that he gained nearly 40 pounds while dating Rita Ora.

He also revealed his “little problem” as a result of weight gain: his supposedly shrinking penis. The upside? “Every time you lose 10 pounds you gain an inch on your penis.”
