Duchess Kate Wants a Boy

In less than the span of a fortnight, Duchess Kate has gone from being hush regarding the sex of her unborn child to openly expressing her desire for a son. Earlier this month, the Duchess was in Grimsby greeting adoring fans when a local presented her with a teddy bear to which the Duchess reportedly accepted saying, “Thank you, I’ll take that for my d–-“.

That remark set tabloids ablaze with rumors that Duchess Kate may have let the sex of her baby accidentally slip out. Now, the Duchess is openly telling reporters that while she doesn’t know the sex of the baby, she is hoping for a son and her husband, Price William, is hoping for a girl. She made the comment while in Aldershot celebrating Saint Patrick’s day in a tradition started back in 1901 by Queen Alexandra.

The duchess suffered a small accident when the heel of her shoe became wedged in a drainpipe grill. However, she was able to balance herself off the shoulder of her husband while she pulled the shoe loose. As for the name of the child, the royal couple hasn’t yet decided upon one, but there’s plenty of time; the child isn’t due until July.

Middleton is in her fifth month of pregnancy, but she’s still barely showing a bump as seen in recent photos.

The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the National Fishing Heritage Centre for an appearance on March 5, and revealed that she can feel the royal baby moving around a lot!

At the event, Kate talked to an admirer Bobbie Brown, 42,

“I asked her if [the baby] has been moving or kicking,” Bobbie says, according to Us Weekly. “She said: ‘Yes, it is. Very much so.’”

Did Kate nearly reveal the sex of her baby?

That’s what royal watchers are anxiously wanting to know, after Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, stopped herself midsentence after she was given a teddy bear.

“Thank you, I’ll take that for my d–-,” she said, according to The Telegraph, before catching herself.
