Gerard Butler and Bradley Cooper Caught Being Chummy at Wimbledon

Andy Murray became the first Brit to win the men’s singles title at Wimbledon in 77 years. He beat Novak Djokovic, the top seed, for the title on July 7, 2013. However, Gerard Butler and Bradley Cooper stole some of Murray’s thunder during the final. The media and masses are now talking about the two actors being caught taking a self-shot photo of themselves. Plus, they were wearing nearly matching suits.

Butler and Cooper started a friendship after presenting an award together during the Oscars in 2010. Throughout the Wimbledon final, the two could be seen chatting and rooting for Murray together. They looked quite thrilled to be hanging out and watching history in the making. In fact, some analysts pointed out that Cooper’s girlfriend, Suki Waterhouse, almost seemed like the odd person out that day.

Rumors surrounding Cooper and Butler starring in a movie together are already starting up. For now, the two friends simply like hanging out and enjoying some sporting events. Both actors have starred in some big movies and notable flops alike over the years but never together. Either way, the big news from Wimbledon will always be Andy Murray’s victory for himself and for the United Kingdom.
