Leonardo Dicaprio Double Dates with Mum

Actor and playboy Leonardo Dicaprio has recently included his mother Irmelin in his social plans. The pair were spotted partying in May with friends while enjoying a late spring vacation in Venice, Italy.

The actor received his name because his mother was staring at a Leonardo da Vinci painting in an Italian museum the first time she felt her unborn son kick. The pair recently were seen partying together again over the Fourth of July holiday at a bash thrown by celebrity manager Guy Oseary who counts Madonna among his famous clients.

Dicaprio was dancing with his latest conquest, model Toni Garnn, whose gorgeous figure graces the pages of the Victoria Secret catalog. Mom Irmelin was in a dancing mood as well, joined by David, her boyfriend since last summer.

Mum informed friends that it was her loving son who set her up on a blind date with David last year and they have been enjoying each other’s company ever since. Both mother and son enjoyed the music, a little dancing and socializing with the who’s who of celebrities until way past midnight. Others spotted at the select gathering included Mel Gibson, Charlize Theron and Cindy Crawford.
