jessica simpson looking great after weight loss

I think we’ve been through this before with Jessica Simpson. She recently released photographs showing off her new slimmer figure after she worked hard to lose her extra baby weight after giving birth to her second child this past summer. The photographs and statements were part of her promotion for Weight Watchers, a program that she credits in helping her shed the tough extra pounds.

The 33-year-old blonde pop songstress and her fiance, Eric Johnson, exercised together to help her get healthier. Johnson is an ex-NFL football player, he manned the tight end position for the San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints during his seven plus year career. Simpson and Johnson were engaged in the fall of 2010, they have two children Maxwell Drew Johnson and Ace Knute Johnson.

“People are going to talk about this no matter what. I might as well choose to live a healthy lifestyle,” the musician reasons. “It does get old having people harping on how much you weigh or your body after pregnancy. I need to feel comfortable in my own skin. People are going to pick me apart no matter what I do. I’m always going to have critics out there who will make a story out of something.”

Jessica Simpson has experienced some up and downs with her weight ever since she burst onto the pop music scene in the early 2000s. She had signed on as a spokesperson for Weight Watchers after giving birth to Maxwell in May of 2012 but gained more weight during her pregnancy with Ace. She said in an August interview that she was having more trouble losing the extra baby weight this time around.

Simpson seems happy and healthier than ever.
