Béziers, France – Though only a youngster at age 21, Jordon Guise was already the head chef at a restaurant in this Southern near coastal city of 71,000 people. Guise had grand plans and hoped to one day become a leading chef in this nation where the culinary arts are as popular as artistry. However, he was found dead in his apartment this past Thursday. Police have ruled his death an accidental suicide by nitrous oxide IE laughing gas.
He body was discovered by the owner of the La Charniere who became concerned when his head chef did not show up for work. Guise’s mother explained it was only this past Tuesday that he phoned her to break the news that he would soon be a father and she a grandmother. In her own words, her son was jovial and laughed frequently during their conversation. It is believed he had intended to “celebrate” his good fortune with what he thought was a recreational drug. The does he took was lethal and induced death in him. As per authorities, the death was a peaceful one. Guise’s girlfriend has now returned to England and hopes to raise the funds to bring his body home.
