Man Dangles Dog Over Balcony: Too Lazy To Take Him Outside
Tyler Smith, a 23 year old South Carolina man who did not want to take his father’s dog for a walk decided to dangle it over his second story balcony. The reason: It was raining outside. The photo of this despicable act was posted on Facebook and shared by many.
The person who took the photo has not been identified but did file a report with the Greenville police. After the report was filed, police soon arrived to Smith’s Mcbee Station condo. He was charged with a misdemeanor violation of the city’s Animal-Care Ordinance.
After the incident, Greenville police officer Johnathan Bragg was asked how Smith explained his behavior and said, “Saturday it was raining really hard during that time period and we believe he was doing it to let it use the bathroom.”
Aside from Smith being charged, his father is, “appalled by his son’s actions” and in “no way” supports them.
Fortunately the dog was not harmed by this cruel act and is back with its owner.

Hopefully Smith has learned his lesson and will never put an animal in danger again. Taking a dog for a walk in the rain is not a difficult job. All that is needed is a coat and an umbrella.
