Michael Girgenti Paternity battle over Kardashian’s nephew heats up

Male model Michael Girgenti may be turn out to be some sort of extreme stalker to Kourtney Kardashian. He claims that her 3-year-old son with Scott Disick was the result of a one-night stand with her three years ago during the time the two were involved in a photo shoot. Kardashian denies the claim vehemently. She’s been in a seven year relationship with her partner and a single incident of infidelity could spell the end of her relationship.

However, Girgenti claims that all he wants is to be integrated into the life of his son while the boy is young enough to easily bond with him. To bolster his claim, he submitted to a polygraph test regarding his sexual experience with Kardashian which he failed. The test also indicated he was being deceptive about the experience.

Girgenti also demanded that Disick submit to a DNA test which he did and it proved once and for all that Girgenti was not the father of young Mason, but rather Scott Disick. Now, Girgenti is gearing up for a December 16 court date where he hopes a judge will compel Disick to have an independently verified DNA test. Girgenti claims the prior test was doctored.
