On July 23rd the pop singer Miley Cyrus “butt tweeted” that she was unable to sleep and that she was taking an anti-anxiety drug know as Xanax. The singer later removed the tweet and posted, “Never mind. Realized I’m just an idiot & somehow I butt tweeted my conversation. Missing home”.
Xanax is used to treat anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and anxiety caused by depression.
The singer has recently been traveling extensively following the promotion of her latest single ‘We Can’t Stop’ and to promote her upcoming album (release date still to be announced).
The young songstress recently almost missed an interview in Berlin complaining of food poisoning related to a sushi meal she had, however she was able to appear for the interview tweeting a warning, “I apologize in advance to any reporters I may puke on or get sick #norestforthewicked”.
In the interview in Berlin Miley admitted she has been working too much and traveling a lot,”I flew from L.A. to New York, then to Miami, back to L.A., then to Canada, then to L.A., then to New York, then to London, then here, and somewhere in between I went to the Bahamas too. I forgot that.
