Prince William and Kate Go on a Holiday – Solo!

It seems like since their baby was born, the only time that William and Kate have made it into the news is something to do with their child – but the new mother and father have now decided to take a vacation without the kid.

The vacation is being described as a romantic getaway in the Maldives, and while it was somewhat unexpected, it’s difficult for anyone to say that it took them by surprise. Their son, George, who is now seven months old, will not be joining the power couple and will instead be staying with the parents of Princess Kate – Carole and Michael Middleton.

While the exact location of their vacation spot is being kept a secret, sources are placing them on a private island resort found in the northern part of the area – an area that is extremely well known world-wide for being a fantastic vacation destination with amazing views and fantastic diving spots.

Of course, this vacation comes right ahead of a scheduled three week long trip on official government business to New Zealand and Australia starting on April 7 – a trip expected to be rather grueling and trying for the couple.
