Updated

 on

The holidays are near, and Sony has some troubleshooting issues with the PS4 blue light issue. A few ago, some players has experienced some technical difficulties
with the PS4. Reports states that blue light on the consoles are continuing and constant and resulting in no video or audio output or consoles going off out of the blue.

Sony has posted a troubleshooting guide for PlayStation 4 owners experiencing a continual ‘blinking blue light’ on their new consoles, which seems to indicate a problem with hardware or video output.

The cause of the issue of why the blue light is unknown at the moment. Sony recommends for the user to turn off the system completely and hold the power button for at least seven seconds until there is a sound. Sony also recommends for the user to check the AC adapter for damages or broken wires.
If there are still problems Sony also recommends for the user to check the cables and to make sure that the consoles is compatible with the television. If that doesn’t work, then call Sony technical support. Though the user may be upset and disappointed at the moment, technical support will work with you and help you with the blue light problem.

The blue light error problem are limited at this time with some of the PS4 consoles. Hopefully before the holidays begins in full effect, the issue can be resolved.
