Do You Believe Santa or the Elf?

What happens when “Santa” is really Mr. Hubert Jones, age 62? According to an 18 year “Woman” working with “Santa”, as an “Elf Photographer”, she accused Santa of pinching her butt and making the following statement, “I wish you was a few years older and I was a few years younger.” prior to her alleged pinch.

Employer, Cherry Hills Photo’s stated, that Mr. Jones went through an extensive back ground check prior to his employment as “Santa” at the Hanover Mall, Mass. The back ground check reveled that Mr. Jones, had no record of prior arrests or convictions.

Mr. Jones stated, “that the woman walked by and brushed his hand and he pulled away to avoid making contact.”

Mr. Jones denied the charge of indecent assault and battery according to the Associated Press but remained barred from the role of “Santa” anywhere until this issue is resolved. Mr. Jones, was released on a $1000.00 bond and set to be back in court on December 24, Christmas Eve. If the “Woman” felt threatened, harassed or disrespected prior to the alleged pinch why was the alleged statement made by Mr. Jones, not reported to their mutual employer? Employer Cherry Hills Photo’s is in the process of an internal investigation.
