Florida Man Evade Police, Gets Attacked by Gator, and Still Gets Arrested

Bryan Zungia found himself being pulled over by a Florida police officer recently. Instead of obeying the officer, he fled his vehicle and escaped into a water treatment plant. His poor decision became a dangerous one after an alligator attacked him. Zuniga survived his ordeal but not without injury and time in jail. He’s lucky to be alive at the moment nonetheless.

Zuniga swam through the water treatment plant for a few minutes to avoid the police officer. An alligator lunged at him without warning, locking its jaws onto his arm. Plus, the gator headbutted Zuniga, nearly knocking him unconscious. He escaped the ordeal after a minute or so and proceeded to seek medical attention from a local hospital. By now, most people would have called it a day and gone home for some rest.

Unfortunately, Florida police officers eventually caught up to him and arrested him in the hospital. It’s unclear how officers found him there, but they likely traced his vehicle’s registration. Zuniga faces various charges, including evading arrest and causing property damage. Luckily, he’s still alive today to face such charges. Gator attacks often result in much more serious injuries and even death in some cases.
