Woman to Hire Cops

What a wicked web is weaved when a winter-summer relationship is filled with drugs, alcohol, domestic violence, lies and a desire to kill your “spur-of-the moment” spouse.

Anny Belkis Terrero, 38, of Palm Beach County has been in the drug and alcohol scene since she was 18. Recently, under investigation for prostitution and drug use, she became an informant, and as she was directing two uniformed officers to a dealer’s house she said she hated her husband Niel Logan, wanted him dead and had a plan to do it.

Her husband, 57 year old Niel Logan had filed for divorce on August 21 from the tumultuous marriage, and Terrero apparently thought that those two officers, obviously wearing police vests, would help her. They told her that they had someone she could talk to.

Terrero had been in the drug scene since she was a teen, and that she would disappear for days at a time, and she said Logan was violent. Her plan included using $30,000 from his life insurance, two stolen credit cards and a revolver.

Terrero has been previously arrested for burglary, aggravated burglary and assault on a law enforcement officer. On Wednesday, she was charged with two counts of solicitation of murder and two bribery counts, and she remains in Palm Beach County jail without bond.
