Careful Where You Step, Zac Efron!

Pretty boy heartthrob and just fresh from rehab celebrity, Zac Efron, has recently been spotted stepping back out (skateboarding, even) following yet another 2013 setback: a broken jaw. While the exact details of how the incident occurred are still a bit hazy because the star was alone at the time, (did he fall because he just slipped in a puddle or did he fall because he slipped in a puddle AND had been partying)one thing is certainly clear from the newly snapped paparazzi photos of a sunglass-sporting Efron leaving a physical therapy appointment on Tuesday: he’s still just as handsome despite the raw scar on his chin and the puffy cheeks.

2013, the star’s 26th year, certainly has not been his best yet. In addition to this November accident and the subsequent jaw wiring and stitching, in September, Efron had just recently completed a second spell in rehab in an effort to deal with the substance abuse problems with cocaine and MDMA that he had developed.

Here’s to hoping that the last 29 days of December 2013 treat Efron well and he is able to heal both inside and out and come back better than ever in 2014. “That Awkward Moment” comes to theaters in January.
