Authorities Forcibly Removed Italian Mother’s Baby

authorities forcibly removed
London, England – A pregnant Italian woman arrived in England to attend a 14-day training session for the discount airline Ryanair. However, not long after she arrived, she suffered a panic attack. That prompted British Social Services to step in and declar her unfit to care for the unborn and obtain a court order to forcibly deliver the baby and take it into custody. The healthy baby girl was delivered last August.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Social Services has refused to return the child to its mother citing its intention to put the child up for adoption. Despite a court directive to be open, the Essex City Council has refused to make public the records which deal with the Italian mother’s forced delivery and forth coming adoption of her child.
The Italian woman already has three children. Her family has stated that she suffers from bipolar disorder and suffered the panic attack as a result of not having her medication with her. Tory MP Douglas Carswell has attempted to intervene but was unable to get any information from Essex City Council. He has branded them as behaving in a manner that is unaccountable to the public. The issue brings to a head the controversial “Mental Capacity Act” which apparently gives rise to such extreme measures.
