Charlie Sheen is about to enter another ten rounds with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Things had calmed down in the former couple’s heated relationship lately ever since Mueller entered drug rehabilitation. The trigger to the latest circumstance that upset the former Two and a Half Men star was when Mueller had her first night of caring for the children since leaving rehab. He claims that one of the couple’s twin sons had developed a disturbing rash after spending the night in Mueller’s care.

This is simply the latest episode of the rocky union. The couple married in 2008 and stayed together for three strange and rocky years. Both couples have had their individual battles with substance abuse.

After calling Child Protective Services and not getting a satisfactory response, Sheen turned to the media and went on a long winded rant in which he attacked the character of his ex wife calling her “evil and pathetic” and “an awful parent” among other insults.

One of Charlie Sheen’s biggest complaints about the care his twins receive at Mueller’s is that she has a stable of unusual pets including lizards that he says scare the children. He says that he is on a mission to keep the boys from staying over with his mother for any extended visitation.

The former socialite stopped treatment last month and has reportedly been living in LA under the care of her sober coach.

The former couple’s twins have been under the temporary care of Sheen’s second wife, Denise Richards, since May, when Mueller was stripped of custody and admitted to a rehab clinic. However, Denise has written to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to inform them that she will no longer look after the boys because of their violent outbursts towards her daughters and dogs.
