Chelsea Clinton and Spouse Upgrade to New Apartment

Presidential daughter Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky are moving on up in Manhattan with plans to purchase a four-bedroom apartment in the center of the city for more than $10 million. The 5,000 square foot new digs are located in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, near Madison Square Park and across the street from Mezvinsky’s more humble $4 million condo where they couple has been living since being married in 2010.

The apartment, built in the historic Whitman building in the 1920s, has been completely renovated and boasts amazing views of Madison Square Park.

The couple even has the blessings of Chelsea’s mom and dad regarding the purchase as sources say former president Bill Clinton and wife Hillary, who recently resigned as Secretary of State, gave the property their thumbs up during a recent tour.

The building they are moving into features private elevators, its own fitness center and a fulltime doorman.
