Downton Abbey Cast Take Paul Giamatti to a Traditional British Night Out

The wildly popular BBC series “Downton Abbey” has exceeded the producers wildest expectations by becoming smash hit across the world now enters its fourth season set to air this Sunday, September 22.

This season will feature a new addition to the cast in the venerable American actor Paul Giamatti who will star as Lady Grantham’s brother Harold Levinson. Giamatti won critical acclaim for his role as the second president of the United States John Adams.

According to the cast of the show, Giamatti wanted to experience a traditional night out in the United Kingdom. To accommodate his request, the entire cast, including former cast member Allen Leech AKA “Tom Branson”, joining the nighttime excursion.

The evening started out nicely with a dinner at “Q”, the Reading nightclub. As the night went on, Giamatti would ask in his classic semi-humorous voice if the group would be having another drink which he would then affirm in the positive.

Fans of Giamatti kept approaching the actor during the night who most graciously attended to them. In fact, while on the dance floor, one many kept hugging Giamatti who then turned to the group to inform them man’s behavior was understandable because he was a “big fan”.
