Eman and Tiffany Moss Charged in Stepdaughter’s Murder (PHOTO)
After the lifeless body of a 10-year old girl was found stuffed into a trash receptacle in Gwinnett County, Georgia, the investigation conducted by police led to the arrest of her father Eman Moss and her stepmother, Tiffany Moss. Now the couple have been charged by police with the death of Emani Moss, whose body was discovered badly burned. Her father first contacted police by dialing 911 and threatening to commit suicide. He contended that his daughter drank a chemical solution which caused her death.
When police officers arrived at the apartment complex where the Mosses lived, Eman Moss directed officials to the child’s burned body pushed into a trash can. Subsequently, both Eman Moss and his wife Tiffany have been formally charged in the girl’s death. They both face charges of felony murder in addition to being charged with cruelty in the first degree involving a child, in addition to attempting to conceal a dead body. Local police officials have not revealed whether Eman Moss gave any reason why he and his wife would kill their child and then stuff her body into an outdoor trash bin, or if tips from neighbors lead them to suspect the couple’s involvement.
Both are being held at the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
