Kim Kardashian sheds 50 pounds

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian revealed a stunning 50-pound weight loss on Wednesday, surprising and delighting her fans. Posing in a tiny, white bikini for US Weekly, the 33-year-old mom appeared happy and very toned.

“I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight!” tweeted Kim. “This is FALSE.”

Kardashian, who often felt scrutinized and bullied throughout her pregnancy with baby North West, claims to be on the Atkins diet and doing 100 squats every morning. She also works out daily with partner Kanye West’s personal trainer. A person who is close to Kardashian stated that even though Kim is able to easily fit into her regular clothes again, she wants to improve her body in any way possible.

“Keep your hunger in check by eating three regular-size meals (and your choice of two snacks) every day. Some people do better with four or five smaller meals each day. The important thing is to keep your appetite and your cravings under control,” she shared.

Along with the rigorous daily training, the couple has hired a chef to prepare carbohydrate-free meals for Kim. The source who is close to her said that although Kim does have days when she cheats on her diet, she is realistic about her body image, and this is what keeps her motivated to exercise and eat properly.

Kardashian has been with rapper Kanye West since 2012. The celebrity couple became engaged on October 23 during a birthday party for Kim at AT&T Park in San Francisco. Currently, no wedding date has been set.
