In the history of US television, no family drama has ever run longer than the show “7th Heaven” did in the mid-90s through 2006. The show run for eleven seasons and aired a total of 243 episodes. That run easily surpassed other successful family dramas such as “The Waltons” and “Little House on the Prairie”.
So it may come as a surprise to many that the actress who starred as the baby of the Camden family, McKenzie Rosman, now appears in a sexual advertisement for Maxim lingerie.
Rosman was only six years old when she took up the role of “Ruthie” on the show and was seventeen when the show went off the air.
In a manner of speaking, she quite literally grew up before the eyes of America. So now at age 23, why is the actress appearing in Maxim lingerie ads that are designed to look more like racy “selfies”? Rosman replies that it’s who she is. Rosman may come to regret her decision much as her television sister “Mary” played by Jessica Biel did.
Back in 2000, Biel posed topless for a magazine and later came to acknowledge she listened to people who were not interested in her well-being. Did Biel too think the topless magazine cover was “who she was”?
