Simon Cowell Climbs Trees Daily Apparently
Simon Cowell In Touch with his Inner Brat
During a recent press call, Cowell said: “I climb trees, daily. It’s like a ritual. I like cartoons every morning. I like The Flintstones, The Jetsons, all the old ones. I watch them in the morning to put me in a good mood.”
While Cowell would likely be cast as Rockhead in the Stones or Spacely in the Jets, some are suggesting that fatherhood might be just the ticket for the world’s most despised critic.
A commentary in the UK’s The Telegraph suggests that beneath Cowell’s scowling veneer resides an actual human being with real feelings.
Others are dubious. They point to the fact that ratings for the new season of The X Factor have dwindled and are in desperate need of a boost.
Regardless, the 50 something critic would be wise to take care while climbing trees. Someone might want to chop off his legs at the trees knees, as he has done to so many others.
Still, if fatherhood should serve to plumb some semblance of sincere decency from the depths of an otherwise wretched soul, good for you Simon.
