Kim K. credits her relationship with rapper West for much of the change in her priorities as he wishes to live his life aware from the glare of the many reality shows fronted by the Kardashian’s.

Kardashian also explains to the magazine she has stuck to a largely healthy diet during the early stages of the pregnancy in an attempt to ensure the good health of the unborn child. The pregnancy has also made the reality star realise even the best laid plans and ideas for life can be changed by an unexpected event.
